Reading other reviews I thought booking would be a bad idea but we enjoyed our time there. Staff are nice and the location is steps from the main plaza. This is not good if you’re a light sleeper but we had no issues. The biggest complaints I read were cleanliness. And to be fair there were stray hairs in corners and a bit of dust in corners but the bed was clean snd the shower was hot. Also it’s the cheapest place online so it was a great stay.

Staff is disrespectful. Not clean. Only cold water running in the shower. The toilet didn’t even have a handle to flush, it was a string. Dirty floor. Not once did cleaning crew come clean, I had to clean everything myself even before I set myself in I had to clean. Only two channels to watch tv. Worst place. I do not recommend.

Lugar agradable con personal amable

La verdad es un lugar agradable para llegar si vas en plan de conocer Mazamitla y ocupas un lugar para dormir, el hotel es sencillo pero cumple expectativas, los colchones un poco duros para mí gusto pero se puede dormir sin problema, en mi experiencia si volvería a llegar de volver a venir y quiero estar en el centro de Mazamitla, se tiene todo a la mano tiendas de abarrotes, bares, cafés y lugares para comprar leña y recuerdos, el personal del hotel es muy amable también.

Hoteles.com ES UNA ESTAFA. Intneté anular la reserva con 4 mails, dos llamadas al hotel y contactando con el centro de ayuda y tadavia no he tenido respueta. NO HAGAN RESERVAS NI PAGOS!!!

El.lugar esta miy bien ubicado, a media cuadra de la parroquia de san Cristobal. Pero las camas super incomodas, amanecí adolorido de todo el cuerpo.

Me encanta que está a unos pasos de la plaza principal del pueblo y el personal es amable, pero hay muchos puntos de mejora, nos quedamos sin agua en el baño y en la regadera, a la ventana del baño le faltaba una ventila por lo que no había privacidad, las camas algo duras.
