"The service was exceptional, also the food and cocktails. The place was really well decorated and looked elegant. Apart from one waiter at breakfast being a bit rude giving me the check without telling me no need to rush then saying goodbye to me in a kind of miserable way all staff delivered exceptional service. "The hotel is in a fabulous location, right on the River Thames next to the bridge to Eton and near Windsor Castle. It was easily walkable to everything. The restaurant was lovely with a view of the river and swans, and the food was great! It was the only hotel I stayed at in England that included breakfast, so that was much appreciated. The only negative is the amount of stairs. There is no lift, and I had to climb five sets of stairs to my room. It wasn't easy with a large heavy suitcase. That is just a caution to anyone who has trouble with stairs. However, the positives far out-weigh the negative, and I would definitely stay here again. "
