"My "2 bedroom" was on the ground floor, with unreserved parking right outside the living room and main bedroom windows. The curtains don't cover these windows entirely, meaning people getting in and out of their cars get quite the view. Despite multiple climate control panels in the apartment, there is no air conditioning and no fans. "Horizon 117 is a hotel that does the job if you just need somewhere to stay for the night or two. It isn't luxury but it does the job. The staff are friendly although they speak very little English. The hotel is well equipped with iron/restaurant and pool. "
