"I loved the restaurant, and the view is spectacular, Everything is close by; you can walk to restaurants, The service and attention were excellent, and the pool is sensational. I recommend this hotel 100%."

"My stay at Hotel Albani was definitely the least favorite part of my 10-day trip to Italy. The cleaning staff were nice and it was a quick walk from the train station, but the positives end there. Our room was very dark and hot. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The breakfast room was extremely hot and the food and coffee I had there was terrible. There is a nice courtyard and an indoor sitting area with a bar, but it is next to impossible to get service at either area. You have to go to the front desk and ask them to send someone to help you each time you want something. When there are 60+ people from a tour group trying to check in and packed in the lobby, it's a little hard to reach the front desk to ask for anything. The extremely heavy, metal keychain with key to the room was a pain and seemed dirty. You could leave it at the front desk every time you left the hotel, but then you had to get it from the front desk every time you wanted to go back to your room. There were multiple steps to get into the main lobby area, which was inconvenient with a 60lb suitcase. Customer service was subpar at best and so different from every other place we stayed in Italy. There are so many hotels in Florence that are conveniently located close to the city center. I highly recommend staying at one of them instead of Hotel Albani - I sure wish I had!"

"This hotel is conveniently located 8-9 minutes from the train station and about 15 minutes walk from the Central Market and Duomo. There are also a lot of food options nearby that are delicious. The room was clean and the AC was great! Though the bed was a bit hard and the trash collection trucks did wake me up a few nights. If you don’t mind the noise (depending on what day of the week you stay in) then this is a good hotel to stay in."

"Great location. 10 min walk from the fast train station, and 10 min walk to the centre of Florence. Loved the free bag check, since we arrived really early, and also free checked our bags upon leaving so we could explore for the day without them, before our evening train. Rooftop area had a great view but the drinks were really expensive!"
