"The stay in the hotel was decent, but I would say the staff were not particularly helpful. I asked numerous times about the parking situation at the hotel to be met with disinterest. "

"Perfect stay for the family. All very clean, staff lovely and very attentive. Just could do with a bit of a refurb, especially the health club. Had a lovely stay though, thanks!"

"Friendly staff room was satisfactory though few issues such as poor pressure to shower, broken tile in bathroom toilet flush was very difficult. Breakfast was average."

"I’ve stayed here 3 times before. The staff are excellent everytime. For some reason everytime I come I get the loudest rooms looking onto walls or roofs, whereas people I’m travelling with get balconies & views onto the courtyard. On this particular stay my room was next to a huge machine that was left on all night. It was incredibly loud & was hard to fall asleep. (To be fair I didn’t mention this to them at the time as it was 11pm & I had an early wake up the next day, so i’m unsure if they could have moved me or not.) On previous stays I’ve woken up at 7.30am to the noise of pickleball being played loudly in the sports hall. This last stay would potentially put me off coming back. It wasn’t a one off so I don’t think I’d want to take the risk again."
