Very confusing upon arrive. There name on the building does not match the name of the booked hotel online. The staff was not rude however very limited on English skill set. It was just hard to communicate. The fees are CRAZY. $200 deposit for each night is CRAZY! the hotel is old, the rooms are newly refurbished. Parking is limited. There is no proper address when you look up the name of the hotel on maps.

They dont tell you they require a $200 deposit until you arrive. Then they require you to leave your keys at the front desk every time you come in. Inconvenient

We liked young man working at front. He always helpful and very friendly. This hotel in Korean town so you can find lots of Korean restaurants, Korean super markets. It’s relatively close to downtown LA. There are many bus stop for few bus line to get to go many places from there. Neighborhood seems unsafe so don’t go out after 9pm at night

The outside looks like an office building, the surrounding area is a little sketchy, BUT inside it is very clean, the room we got was basic, but again clean. The only thing that I didn’t like was having to pay for valet to park, but I can see why it’s needed.

This was a very pleasant and reasonably priced place to stay. The area is not the safest looking but it actually felt very safe. The room was modern and clean and the staff were very nice. I would stay here again.

The room was cozy and perfect for a 3 night trip. We had an older room and there aren’t a lot of bells and whistles but it’s perfect for a quiet, affordable, safe place not far from the city. Staff was super kind and helpful and we ended up with an amazing view of the Hollywood sign from our king room.

There's mandatory valet at the hotel. I don't know if it was stated somewhere but it's there. I'm not even mad at that. It was only $15. The service was great and staff was friendly. Mini fridge was great and i like how the shower looked really nice. The only thing i don't like is how dirty somethings are. Some things like broken or stiched together. But that didn't really bother me. The dirty thing that bothered me dad there was a drop off blood on a sheet. It was small but it made me worried if some other things were not clean. There was also an item left in the fridge. I don't know if this means they don't take time to clean, or don't care, it makes me worried. Everything else was great. I'm just worried about how clean everything else.
