No breakfast No pool Dirty room Elevator to the parking garage broken my husband is handicap and we had to Park on the 3 rd level and walk And they charged us 40$ a night to park Worse place ever to Stay never again We put us in a room on the 10 floor and they had construction going on the 9th floor so that what we heard allday

Hotel and staff were amazing. If you are staying here be aware that if you park in the hotel parking structure, there is a $50 parking fee. Also breakfast was served as “grab and go” it was an apple, small water bottle, apple juice, and blueberry muffin in a plastic store bag. Was expecting a better breakfast for the price I paid, not a school lunch to go.

We paid a decent price, thinking we were going to have a great experience, only to be disappointed. No pool no elevators to get from parking garage to lobby no Amenities. Everything was basically off limits cause they was remodeling feel like i got robbed out money and had to pay parking fee a night but had to lug or luggage down 3 flights of stairs definitely letting people know dont come here...

Didn't clean my room even after I asked, hotel was under renovation and many amenities (parking elevators and extremely high fee for parking $50) were not available and I was never told about before I booked.

This stay was disappointing, pool has not been functioning for a while but it is still advertised as open so it was a surprise to see it was not available. The same for their breakfast in the morning all that was given was a small apple juice and a muffin in a paper bag with a less than average apple!!!

They are undergoing major renovations, however I was charged 50.00 a night parking, and breakfast was an apple and a muffin in a paper bag. Also the elevator in the parking garage was out. We were very disappointed

They were under construction which closed everything breakfast, pool gym, they charged 300 for parking! The contraction workers would start working early at 7am loud! Cut off the water for almost 4 hours! Elevators inside the hotel were slooooow and the elevators outside for parking was out of service so had to walk up and down the stairs with my kids and go around with my stroller. Dirty. Room didn’t work the AC got there and didn’t have a remote to the TV. House keeping never once did check up if we needed anything we had to keep calling front desk.

This place is under renovations, totally dirty and the personnel instead of apologizing about the conditions, they were unhelpful, mean and rude. The offered "breakfast" was more like a prison refreshment. Parking absolutely overprices, with no security and homeless people doing drugs in there. One of the worst places I stayed so far.

The hotel is under renovation and the lobby was quite disheveled. We had a one-bedroom suite which was nicely updated, however the door separating the living room and bedroom was made of glass, and offered zero privacy. The airconditioning units in the room were extremely loud and woke us throughout the night as it switched on/off. Location is convenient, a short ride to Sofi. Walkable from Sofi if in a bind (we couldn't connect to rideshare after the concert).
