"The hotel is in a great location. Definitely pay for the park view rooms as it is beautiful and the view the other way overlooks a roof top in disrepair. Breakfast was very good. Easy walk to the underground station as most touristy spots are a few stops away. Kensington High Street has a lot of options for food and is clean. Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant. I recommend staying here is you want to stay in the Kensington area."

When we brought our concerns to the hotel manager, they did not care or attempt to correct the situation. TV didn’t work during our entire stay. Hotel is not in a convenient location.
