"Excellent stay. Could not fault this. Staff were excellent particularly when we left our keys in the room one night l. The room we had , no 4, was lovely. Spacious, excellent bed and aircon on what was a scorching weekend. Bathroom kitted out beautifully. Will definitely stay here again and at others in this group "

Park Plaza London Riverbank
10/10 Excellent
"Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Any time I interacted with the staff they were helpful and friendly, they truly care about customer service. Didn't check out other facilities (eg gym) or restaurants but hallways and room was very clean. Staff was responsive to requests. "
"The hotel was a different experience in having no windows but for our short stay in London it proved to be a fantastic location, wonderful service and very comfortable! Definitely recommend!!"
"Super convenient location close to Covent Station (Piccadilly line) from Heathrow. Walkable to Thames Bridges (but not Tower Bridge - easy Tube ride away), Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, etc. Rooms are air conditioned if very hot outside and a typical European size - cozy but functional. Excellent restaurant on ground floor. Coal Hole Pub is right across the street - Sunday Roast Beef was the best!"
"Great location - right next to St. Paul’s, walking distance to Central and District/Circle line tube stations. Bus stop outside. Friendly staff, French restaurant with phenomenal drinks and desserts at the property. We were there at the top of the summer with outside temperatures climbing to 89F. Room temperatures stayed at comfortable 22C."
