The hotel was great. We got a really cheap upgrade after bidding which actually gave us a lot
more space. Staff were friendly, the location was close to the beach, the rooms were clean and spacious.
If I was to really look at finding something that could be improved, I’d say the minibar was quite expensive but all of Miami felt expensive at parts and I am sure it’s in comparison with competitors. I’d be more inclined to use the minibar if prices were reasonable in my eyes.

From the moment we arrived, the service was fantastic. The valet took care of our car while the bellman handled our luggage, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Check-in was quick and easy, and the team gave us some great information about the local area. When we got to our room, all we could say was WOW! It was beautifully presented, spacious, spotlessly clean and a really lovely place to come back to after a day out.
