"We had a lovely stay and the team were all very friendly. The room was spacious and very clean, with a great shower, but the outlook was not great, and I feel that the view should be described at the booking or room description stage. The Brasserie evening meal was superb and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our breakfast was also in the Brasserie and we were lucky enough to have a table with a river view. The breakfast was pretty good, however the cooked breakfast was luke warm, the fruit selection was lacking and the apple juice was very watery. "

"The hotel looks nice from the outside but when you go in into your room carpet had stains, bathroom smelled awful, the pictures they showed on the rooms when you booked don't look nothing like when you see it on person. Staff its nice but the rooms are not .old dirty and creepy. The only nice thing is the you can see the windsor castle from the window because the balcony looks old and unsteady wont step on it at all. Windows didn't shut closed and no central heat you had to plug electrial heaters. Won't be staying there again."

"The hotel was being renovated, so the reception area was moved to the back of the property and our room was on an upper floor in a part of the hotel without a lift - a challenge with luggage. That said, the staff were attentive and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. "

"The staff's location and the quality of the food were commendable; we thoroughly enjoyed these aspects. However, we were dissatisfied with the room for several reasons. Firstly, it was uncomfortably cold due to insufficient heating, despite the presence of a small heater. The room failed to warm adequately, raising concerns that our young infant might catch a cold. Secondly, the bed was uncomfortable; the mattress exhibited the springs, causing discomfort to our back, and there was a significant gap between the bed and the headboard. Additionally, the pillows did not stay on the bed and slipped through the gap, which was quite bothersome. Overall, the room was noisy, with disturbances originating both from outside and inside, including the noise from a dryer in the ladies' toilet. In conclusion, the cost of the room was not commensurate with the quality and amenities provided."
