"Breakfast was good, the selection was varied and well made. The room we had was a room on the first floor fitted out for the disabled, which isn't what we needed or required or expected, low wardrobe rails, little furnishings, wet room, which meant no bath, low sink. I complained but the desk staff blamed the room allocation on the fact we checked in on line! So my advice queue and ensure you get the right room allocation for your original booking. "

"Great location. In need of a quiet lounge. Rooms at the back a bit noisy in tge evening as they are above the lively Pickked Sprout and adjacent to other restaurants and bars."

"The hotel was clean and conveniently located right on the River Ouse. Great buffet breakfast and helpful staff. The property is a little dated and parking is limited and cost extra. The rooms are large, and a luggage rack and some place to sit would be a helpful additions."
