Very friendly staff at reception. Lovely room with great views. Wonderful buffet breakfast and again very friendly staff. The only small complaint is slow service at bar and while this did not affect us directly ( we ordered beer and wine )to overhear barman telling another customer he doesn’t make cocktails then following evening the young female server did not know how to ! Staff need to be trained to make whatever drinks are on menus ! But overall would recommend if you’re looking for a good hotel that is convenient to central location.

Had a good stay albeit it was just one night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were kindly allowed to check in early, there was water and fruits at reception for us to help ourselves to, room was clean with free water, biscuits and chocolate. Blackout curtains were amazing! Some of the carpets in the corridors are dated but not the worst.... Altogether a lovely stay. I would go back.
