The room was a little dated but it was very clean, the bathroom was clean and in good repair apart from a splurging hot tap but I am not gumbling as I had hot water, it could have been much worse. The room was in the top of the building and it was very quiet. I was attending an annual event and I will be booking this hotel again next year.

Lovely hotel. It is in need of updating. Bedding and decor mostly. The hotel grounds are lovely. The hotel was really clean. Service was excellent. Satff were very friendly & helpful. Thank you for a lovely experience.

This is a great hotel to explore Harrogate and the local area. The hotel has a big car park and is within a few minutes walk of the bars and restaurants in Harrogate. Betty's tea rooms is less than 10 minutes walk. The rims of spacious and the hotel has great facilities. Highly recommended and we will certainly be visiting again.

Wanted a cheap hotel whilst moving my son up from the south. Rooms were clean, bed comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking free. Located within minutes of the town centre. Look out for the pictures to the right of reception which shows what it used to look like in victorian times, stunning.
