The hotel itself is just stunning and we feel like we have entered luxury everytime. We are usually met by a lady named Joy who is just the loveliest colleague who makes our stay feel special everytime. "The room was clean and cosy, reception staff were great, absolutely no complaints. Wasn't clear how to get in when I rocked up wasted at 4am but a kind security guy spotted me and let me in. No complaints at all. Definitely appreciated being already at the train station when I checked out. Would recommend. "
