"Staff was friendly at the concierge and valet, however; my family ate at both restaurants within the hotel and at times it felt as if we were an afterthought at both. The elevators are tiny. "

"The hotel was nice but it did not have A/C functioning so our room was hot and muggy. We noticed some people were getting fans for the rooms. Probably need to assure that A/C is working bc of the fluctuating DC weather in March and April. Thanks"

"The rooms were cleanish, and the staff was friendly. Our first room had a cockroach, we called the front desk and we moved into another room. The second room had tiny bugs crawling out of a crack in the grout in the shower. They were not ants."
