"Excellent place to stay in DC. I always stay here when I’m in town. Reasonable price. Close to everything. My room was clean, quiet and comfy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only problem was that there was no microwave. In/out parking is convenient but not free. It’s $43(?) per day. I highly recommend it!"

"My room was on the second floor and faced the entrance to the hotel. The windows were closed, but the sound of guests outside late at night was audible. Otherwise, the room was impeccably clean and all amenities in place. I didn’t need to run the AC as it was late April and the weather was cool. The staff was very helpful."

"The room was decent but the toilet was broke, the drawer on the night stand would not stay shut, while napping the door was opened by a man who did not knock first just used a master key to open the door , totally unacceptable. Restaurant was good and the security and parking was good"

"Wonderful affordable place to stay with simple accommodations. As with many CQ, the rooms are small but that goes with the prices. A bonus at this one is the water pressure. While the neighborhood is pretty quiet, the windows are not sound reducing so you can hear what noice is on the street. "
