"The hotel was clean but does not look anything like the pictures at all. The hotel is very outdated and the WiFi was TERRIBLE could not get any work done. If your a man traveling alone looking to save money great place to stay a couple of nights. If your a women traveling alone this hotel would be not be the safest choice. "

"While the rooms are lovely and the sheets were immaculate, I needed help with three things - 1) the front desk had to send an engineer to help me set up the Chromecast (there really was an issue, but the engineer came up at 930 pm and solved it) 2) the shower head was old and was not providing sufficient water flow and was malleable enough to where me trying to clean the openings was just squishing them (the showerhead wasn’t just cleaned, it was replaced by the time I got back to the room, but that tells you about the state of the hardware), the shower curtain was dirty - and again, they replaced the single-layer one with a replaceable liner fabric one (which tells you you have to ask for a clean and a modern liner and a shower head that works because they won’t update it on their own), and the repair team left two sharp items on the floor as a failure of sweeping the floor after the repair. I brought them to the front counter and other than an apology there was no effort to remedy this (they asked me if I needed medical help after stepping on it). So, it’s nice…. But you have to ask for basics. They’ll come through and help but they’ll still miss the mark. I’d stay here again but I’d adjust expectations tremendously."
