However I was asked to pay €24 for breakfast and tourist tax. I don’t mind paying but this should be obvious when you book otherwise the price is artificially low. "

The only downside was the shower over the quite high bath tub and no anti slip matting. Had a great stay for 4 nights and would most definitely stay here at the carat hotel again if in Düsseldorf "

"This room was small, but there closet made up for it by providing space for luggage and clothes. The breakfast had a good variety of food to choose from and was tasty."

"Property was great, although our access cards stopped working a few times and had to be reprogrammed by the desk staff. Room was wonderful. Spa was nice, but if your coming from outside of europe, do your research on european spas, it can be a culture shock."

"The hotel is so well located and the view we had from our room was stunning. The room had been recently refurbished, we only had an issue with the rubber beneath the shower door wouldnt attach, someone tried but with no success, so the bathroom was at slight risk of flooding. Also, due to construction work they weren't serving breakfast, which we were only made aware of when checking in. They did provide some small pastries and coffee in the morning, but these came with no plate, so ended up...
