"The hotel is not in the best location so beware! Once you walk outside you are near the Tenderloin to the left. Not a good area. The hotel completely price guaged due to conferences in the area. Three times the regular rate per night for an aging huge chain property is robbery! Stayed at many Hiltons that are in better shape, better locations, with better staff, at MUCH lower prices. We will not be back. The staff were not particularly friendly, except the bell hop. "

"Very old, broken, the rug was dirtierc than the street, had to wear shoes inside. Just old, unupgraded, dirty and low class hotel. Very friendly staff though. They must upgrade."

"The hotel was a clean but unfortunately when I arrived I didn’t know that parking was an extra charge per day. And if you want to self park it’s half a block away. We had to switch room through the night due to the ac going out, other people we’re having a similar problem so it took them a bit to get my room switched."

So welcoming and friendly, knew where everything was, knew who to ask for what at any time of the day, was accommodating even when I arrived at the hotel late just trying to find something to eat. 10s across the board; he’s the reason I’m returning for my next work trip.
