"i love the Taj. My mom was dying and they took the most amazing care of me. From guest services (Soukaina, Soraya, Sierra, Gurusharn, Roy, Tuan thank you so much) to housekeeping nothing could have been better or more comforting during an awful time. They were so kind, they even sent me flowers and a condolence card. When I return to SF, there is nowhere else I would consider staying."

"The staff was always welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and refreshing after a walk around town. The wine/gin martini bar was well attended and a nice respite. Note: this is an older note and the rooms are nicely renovated, but the bathrooms are small. Not an issue - but don’t be surprised!"

"Check-in was great! Reserving parking was great! Room was very clean. The two-sided mirror in the bathroom was clearly positioned for someone way taller than me! (Not great) Coffee maker and cups too small for coffee lovers like me! We needed another blanket on the beds, not only for warmth but also for added weight. We asked for them and got them quickly, so thank you! "
