Thoughtful In-Room Service: Room service and in-room dining were prompt and perfectly executed. Housekeeping did an incredible job, leaving fresh sheets, rose petals, and a thank you note. Furthermore, they proactively noticed our request for extra water the day before and ensured we had a generous supply waiting—a detail that speaks volumes about their care. Integrity That Shines: The lasting impression was the incredible dedication shown as we departed. After checking out, a member of the room service staff ran down to the lobby to find us and return a polo shirt we had forgotten in the room.
