"Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Kolkata. The property was comfortable, the service was smooth, and overall it made for a really pleasant experience. A special shout-out to Prince from Riverside Café — he went above and beyond to take care of our needs, especially when the main venue wasn’t open. Also a big thanks to Kuntal, the restaurant manager, who truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. In the bar, Sameer did his absolute best to make sure my friends and I had a great time — really appreciated his energy and attention. And of course, recognition for the rest of the wonderful team: Marful, Anusri, Arup, Sofia, Kuljit, Jamir, Sandipan, and Aloke. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made the stay even better.
