Amzing stay

My birthday happened to fall during the time I was staying at the Swissotel Kolkata. I hadn't mentioned this to anyone at the hotel. However, the staff were so attentive in every way that they must have taken note of my birthday on my passport when we checked in and had a cake delivered to my room. It was very thoughtful and unexpected and serves as just one example of how closely the staff pays attention to detail. The hotel is also very conveniently located next to a 4 story outdoor...

Good property with excellent service

One of the best 5 Star Hotels we have stayed in. Attentive and courteous staff, great facilities and an excellent choice of food, especially at breakfast. Lots of personal touches that left us feeling valued and delighted. Thank you and keep up the great work !!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff and the service they provided was excellent. Our room house keeper was so helpful and kept our room spotless. Sometimes when we came to our room at night we found swans or snakes made out of towels - A lovely surprise.

I've stayed here many times, always enjoy my stay as staff are very friendly and great service offered all the time. Looking forward to staying there again during my next visit!

Great hotel. Shower was a blocked and flooded a little but apart from that - perfect.

Fantastic hotel! The service was outstanding especially the housekeeping service. Was great to have a lovely clean pool to swim in. Location is handy for all major sights. Walking distance to new market and Eden gardens.

Wonderful breakfast, bedroom and bathroom designed at highest spec. Staffs were awesome.

The property was excellent in terms of cleanliness, service, accessibility to various places in the city. In addition the buffet breakfast and lunch spreads were huge and delicious. It being the Durga Pooja festival period all the possible delicacies were available.

Its my 3rd stay at Monotel, clean calm and pleasant to stay there.

The staff is helpful and looks professional. The room is clean and big enough for 3 people. A/C is good. The extra bed is a bit wobble but not dangerous. The pool looks dirty with dust floating in it, I assume not many people used it. The Wi-Fi speed feels similar to Airtel's edge, with more stability. When we came back to the hotel at night, the building was beautifully decorated with blue Christmas light.
