Very poor staff and services. Rooms are small, with poor quality amenities, dirty towels, and stained and dirty bedsheets. Breakfast was below average with equally poor service by the staff. Not at all a 4-star hotel. Not recommended.

Monotel dose not have swimming pool.
my stay was good. it was a nice trip. But what there are showing in photos like swimming pool and gym its not happen in real. Swimming pool is like big bathtub size and gym its like small hotel room which is call deluxe room. in deluxe room they have gym. In breakfast you will have same foods as breakfast. Moreover there service is good.

Excellent customer service. But quite expensive. I did not care for the many times staff stopped by to take count of the snacks bar. They often woke me up from jetlagged sleep to check on food stock. If they could just do the inspection once a day when rooms were cleaned, it would be less disruptive.
