Our family of three (husband, myself and 7 year old daughter), have just returned from an almost two week stay at Kimpton Kitalay. We had an incredible time at the hotel. When traveling to the other side of then globe, it's nice to know that you'll be welcomed when you get there. To say that the staff at Rocky's were all accommodating would be an understatement. From our fantastic room to the private boat tour to scooter rentals, there wasn't a thing we were want for. A beautiful, well run boutique hotel. We arrived during a massive storm so didn’t see the hotel at its best, but once the storm had passed the staff worked exceptionally hard to tidy up and put all the furniture back out and it looked great. Breakfast was lovely with cooked to order eggs and a small but lovely buffet of pastries, bread and cereal. Room wasn’t be biggest but beautifully decorated and spotless. Loved my stay here, very relaxing

Excellent stay. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and their attention to detail was fabulous. Loved the decor of the property. It was traditional, with the bamboo and wood decor, gives the place a zen like feeling. Best part was the location of the hotel and the way it is designed. The Library is an amazing oasis of peace and privacy in a popular resort. You can experience the beach and other local attractions but retreat to the tranquility of the Library when you want some quiet relaxation. A truly unique hotel with many wonderful design features. Stayed at Zazen on recommendation of a friend. We loved the location, garden villa and the superb service. Secluded but not isolated so able to walk to other restaurants and bars. The breakfasts at the hotel are amazing and the service from the staff outstanding. We would have no hesitation on staying here again.

It's the second time I have stayed here this year and had exactly the same good experience. Clean room,everything looking new , nice comfy beds,cleaned everyday with complimentary water daily. Only negative was the room I was in had really bad wifi connection which didn't get better than 1 bar.

We arrived at Anantara and was a little puzzled as we saw a double front door but nothing else. We were kindly greeted by a member of staff who then lead us to through to the door and to our amazement a beautiful rainforest/spa feel, with tree and water flowing at the reception we knew instantly this was going to be amazing place. What a little gem this boutique hotel turned out to be!! From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel like I was a VIP guest. The staff were so lovely and very quickly became my friends, particularly Kurgze on reception who was super friendly and efficient..nothing was to much trouble! All over amazing hotel...close to everything and situated as if it's in a jungle. Stunning pool bar. Buffet breakfast not bad. Overall brilliant. Just a shame about the company I had that made me not enjoy it to the fullest.
