We were left just standing at the bar for 5 minutes without even being acknowledged until one of the waitress came off the floor to take our order, felt slightly uncomfortable like we weren’t welcome. "The hotel is perfectly positioned, right next to the shopping centre and a multi-storey car park. My only criticism would be the gym, which is tiny and poorly equipped. "
