"I went from New York for the 3rd time. It is a facility that is constantly improving itself with other additional bars and restaurants. The snack restaurant and bar was open 24 hours. It was perfect.. They need to renew the beach system. There should be a decorated beach party area. The beach party concept should create that atmosphere with the necessary DJ performance on the beach, and then leave yourself to the party on the beach with a drink in your hand at sunset. As a world traveler, this is the perfect facility. Please add the beach party concept to the beach as soon as possible. Thank you so much Catherine and Juan for checking in and offering me the room I wanted. All the staff, everyone, excellent facility. It is impossible to get bored.. See you again and again.. wonderful Barcelona Palace team.."

"My family and I just came back from a 5 day stay at Tropical Deluxe Princess and we loved every minute of it. We were not able to get restaurant reservations on our first night however we did get reservations, for our party of 9, on the subsequent nights. The dinner buffet was just okay. The restaurants were amazing - Nopal and Tao were our favorites. The Dominican- El Pilon food was so salty we could not finish our dishes. We were pretty dissapointed as we were excited for this one the most (we're Dominican). Wish the monfongo was fried and not mangu texture. The breakfast and lunch buffets were good. We were always satisfied with our meals and the service. The rooms were clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Wish the sheets were higher thread count. The cleaners came to clean and mop everyday. The water pressure in our room was nice but not the same in my mother's room. The AC was great, no issues. My MIL's toilet wouldn't flush and they came to repair immediately. Bellboys came at the time they were asked to. All of the employees throughout the entire property were friendly and accommodating. The drinks were good throughout the bars on property. Some bartenders were definitely better than others. The cafe had delicious coffees and pastries. We loved the icecream spot and the 24/7 bar. The whole family enjoyed the shows, which were different every night. The decor throughout the property is very nice and well kept. The Kids Club was super cute. My kids loved it. "

"Stay here was great despite the reviews! I stayed here May 18-22 for a couple’s birthday trip! The hotel staff were nice and accommodating. They allowed me to check in early, but please email a day before arrival because it is contingent upon availability. The food at the Buffett was actually good. We ate there majority of our stay because it was kinda hard to book reservations for the restaurant due to it being booked up so on your first day book all of your reservations for the reminder of your trip. We did get reservations at the Japanese spot hibachi was really good. They did have activities at the pool area. The swim up bar and sports bar has the best Long Island ice tea😜 and other drinks. The beach was full of seaweed so I didn’t really enjoy the beach but sitting out on the beach relaxing was nice and they have a food truck plus a bar set up next to it! The resort really wasn’t that packed so we had chairs to relax on each time we went out to the beach. You will have ppl approach you about timeshares ect. Just say u already did it so they can leave you alone. The housekeepers didn’t speaks English, but did come daily to clean room. I did bring a locked bag and lock for my suitcase to lock up our personal info and cash up so please do that instead of placing items in their safe. I did that because a few reviews mentioned items being stolen from their rooms and I can believe it! It’s a gentle that came around daily to give out bottles of water and soda☺️"

"We really had a good experience with Majestic Mirage in Punta Cana. We have been to a few All-Inclusives and this one has been the best so far. The staff was very attentive, friendly and always willing to answer questions with an honest reply. An honest reply you don’t get very often, if ever. We had a butler assigned to us by the name of Jacobs, he truly was an amazing person to deal with and did whatever he could to make and keep us happy. Definitely will be coming back again. "

"It was a great resort. When we arrived our room had a odour so we called the front desk and were given a new room immediately. The food was pretty good for an all inclusive resort. Some of the restaurants were better than the others but overall it was a good resort on good grounds with a nice beach and staff. "
