Juanillo Trip

Charging of transportation to the gate varied $ 5, 15, 50. White towels in the room are too old , and loosing color badly . Over all , everything was find , service is good , staff friendly , building is clean , and well maintain . That was my fourth times checking in to this hotel for the past few years .

we were absolutely amazed with our entire stay. The villa was spacious and beautiful. Our daily housekeeper, Evelyn, was very attentive and served a wonderful breakfast every day. The grounds are well kept and there are many activities to do without leaving. The private beach, which we went to daily, was also great. There is literally no reason to leave the grounds. There is also plenty of shopping options, including a grocery store. Golf carts are available and make it easy to get around without a car.

Checking in was horrible. Took 30min to get room sort out. Paid3 months for a room that was not sorted out. Person said he give me an up grade but lie. It was the exact room I paid for.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The food was delicious, the rooms were very comfortable, and we really enjoyed all the shopping and activity options available.

I love our staying The rooms were remolded and excellent new decorations I am definitely coming back to this place
