" I had a wonderful view of the ocean. Staff was very nice. Enjoyed the breakfast. Was not expecting the rooftop bar. If have to say anything negative it does need some an upgrades or really I should say updates. "

"Excellent location to the beach. A bit of an older conditioned Hotel. Good breakfast buffet. Has a bowling alley! Still not sure if there is an indoor bar. I broke my bathroom drinking glass = 50 baht. Not a lot, but unexpected. I asked the concierge to call me a taxi to go 1.2 miles to the bus station. He told me I could walk with my suitcase in 95° weather. I’m a US Marine, yes, I could have hump there. But i’m not here for hot weather training. Lol "

"Value for money- if you can manage the one-block walk to the beach, then this budget hotel is the place to stay! Kind staff and decent breakfast for the room cost. If you need to to laundry, Malee Laundry is just a short walk up the street. Enjoy!"

"The hotel needs renovations. There are some small things that are damaged. It needs some renovations, both inside and out. The photos on the website are misleading. There is no sauna."

"The hotel pictures on Expedia are very very outdated and is deceiving. This is a very old hotel and it really shows. When we got there we found out that they allow smoking in the balcony and you can smell the smoke in the room. We informed the staff about the smell but they said they couldn’t do anything about. We politely asked them if we could cancel our reservation and they said they would talk to the manager. They offered us a different room for the night but it was only slightly better. The next day we asked again if they had discussed with the manager and they said they could not help us. We ended up moving to another hotel and lost one night of our payment. The hotel was full of Russian tourists at the time, if that makes a difference to anyone. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. There are way more better hotels and for less. "
