Overall our experience was great. However, we would recommend for restaurant staffs to be more prepared on handling hotel guests especially it is a festive holiday. Further, if there is a high guest traffic, the breakfast service should consider to extend the time or advise guests at least ten minutes before breakfast service ends. This was not my first stay at the Baraquda. This stay was even better than the last time. The welcome cocktail is a great start and the room decor and amenity is great. The pool is quiet and shaded mostly. The staff are so helpful and the location is really good if you like Pattaya activity and proximity to the beach. Far enough away if you need some peace after. Excellent.

Great hotel stayed here a few times over the years

The location was very important to us, we wanted the villa which had easy access to the beach and located not far from Walking street, and this was great choice. grand Siam Villa is located in 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach and in about 7 minutes drive to Walking Street.

Beautiful hotel with artistically designed rooms. Ours had an African theme with elephants, trees and toucan birds painted on the walls. Fabulous en-suite wet room with brass wash basin. Lovely lighting. Hotel tucked away in a side road so nice and quiet but still benefiting from a sea view. Staff very friendly (although spoken English limited). Nice part of Pattaya. Would highly recommnet.

Me and my friend took a trip to pattaya we booked VIP villa , it’s very easy for us to go to beach just 2 minutes from villa and free shutter bus to beach . This villa location is not far from down town . We will come back again VIP villa.

The first impression is of course the company produces an unforgettable, we came to the office where we were greeted by a very pleasant smiling managers, we were treated to chocolate and offered free drinks after the registration process, we were brought to the villa which was just charming, particularly pleased with a private swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a personal chef, great service and very good food. We will definitely return again

This was my second stay here this year (2017). It's a lovely quiet ,clean hotel with a lovely restaurant and pleasant staff .

Honestly, I stayed here for a month and if I had the money I would stay here for a year!!! The staff were brilliant, always super friendly, happy and always willing to help and answer any local questions I had for example: best times to go to certain tourist places like the Pattaya City Sign and the Sanctuary of Truth, aslong as you respect them they will return the kindness in bucket loads!!! The property itself was exceptionally well maintained I always saw housekeeping cleaning rooms daily...

Check in quick and let us check in early, and check out late at no cost. Lovely clean pool. Food and drink very reasonable at the hotel.
