"This hotel is at a great location right across from Central Pattaya Mall and all the bars, restaurants & vendor stalls. It’s a really short walk to the beach as well. The hotel is well maintained with friendly & helpful staff. The breakfast has a variety of options. They were very attentive & left us a nice cake to celebrate our anniversary. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The pool has a great view but on the smaller side. We would stay here again! Thank you Somerset Team!"

"Had to check out early as was unaware of the location. If you want to come here and party all night long, this is the place for you. If you want to sleep at night - good luck. Didnt sleep at all due to rock bars playing music until 2am then karaoke until 4am. Even with earbuds in. Not the hotels fault about the surrounding bars but it should be noted when booking. Beds were comfortable i will say. Hallways could do with a touch up "

"Everything was great --- except the wifi. I spent far more time trying to connect than actually being connected. Rated with 3 stars only because everything else was good. But will not stay again due to wifi problems."

"A nice clean room. Had every thing we needed. Shower was ok. Aircon worked good. Close to Second Road and shops. Excellent location for what we were looking for."

"Its a cool place for being right on lk metro and soi buakhao , staff really doesn't care what you do as long as you follow their basic rules , one thing though check for bed bugs and ants after my first night I woke up with all these bites and saw bed bugs all over my pillows and then ants were all over the bedside stand not a pleasant experience on that part but I didnt mention it I just fixed the problem I dont know where the ants kept coming from though"

"Property is a little out of date. Very old and small TV. Seals on balcony door bad. You can hear wind noise all night. Light's next to bed have bad switches and outlets will not hold plug. Gym is closed at 7PM and not opened until 7AM. No workout before breakfast. It's great to have coffee bar and restaurant in hotel. And a short walk to many club's, restaurant. Staff is great and helpful."
