Nice, helpful staff. Full breakfast with lots of food options. Set back off street so quiet and peaceful. Good location, short walk to all activities. I understand hotel isn't that old, but interior hallways look like in need of a refresh. Room was good, but bathroom was tight, no counter space, and hard to enter/exit due to way door opened with sink behind it, so had to always close door to get to sink for anything.

Was in the deluxe room 6th floor room to front of property with decent city view. Room a bit dusty at first but cleaned everyday, breakfast is limited with no bacon but eggs,ham,chicken sausages,salad (the hotel pics are accurate of this) Quiet courtyard setting but near LK metro and other nightlife soi’s. I would use this hotel again if returning.

The room was nice and clean and very well made up each day of my stay. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning and there was sufficient variety although not extensive. Only one minor issue was it was difficult to adjust the shower to the required temperature

Polite, helpful staff. Room was always cleaned and made ready for us. Breakfast was tasty, maybe more choices? Fruit and coffee were good. Pool towels always available. We asked for a particular room location and the reception staff did their best to accommodate us. Only problem we encountered was that the pillows were too hard! I woke up with a sore neck and head every morning. 🙁

Room was good, big and bright. Bed was large and comfortable but the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. Tried changing them but they were all the same. Breakfast dishes were always cold, eggs cold etc. also limited choices and repetitive. Internet was good at times but then intermittent. Maintenance jobs meant noise around pool. Pool could have been cleaned more often. Staff were lovely😁
