We were in a deluxe sea view so we had a great view of the pool and ocean. The pools were fantastic! Breakfast was plentiful and good. Location of the hotel was perfect because it was in a quiet area and an amazing night market was five minutes away. We went there most nights for dinner. If we ever come back to Pattaya we will stay here again.

My room had an Ocean View with the plunge pool, nice view and patio. The plunge pool needed repairs, it had a fair amount of missing tiles, the jets didn't work and the steps up had lose boards one was not nailed on one side. The pool was not cleaned the 6 nights we were there. The rooms and property were clean, just in need of some maintenance. My biggest complaint is the staff never smiled, even those who looked like they were management never smiled or engaged with a good morning to guests. It was not a place of a Thousand smiles! I was disappointed in how they handled a booking mistake on my part, when I notified them within 12 hours of the booking, and again when I was at the property they would make to accommodation on the booking mistake on my part. I have traveled for 40 years around the world and have never encountered this lack of working with a customer on something like this.

The hotel is beautifully designed with lots of space, fine decor details. There is a tranquil air about the hotel and it was very peaceful to see and hear the waves lapping against the beach from the balcony. Our room was lovely and the bathroom was spacious and well thought out. Very happy with our stay at this hotel.

Lovely Large Resort

The facilities are wonderful. The pools are well kept and the staff very responsive and take quick action if there is a problem. The hotel is also right on the beach. A night market is not far away and there are several massage parlors and 7-Elevens close by. The only negative is the WiFi - it keeps cutting out and one must keep signing in - even in your own room - I ended up using my personal WiFi to conduct business.

The hotel is huge with a fantastic pool but is a little dated now with some maintenance issues. We enjoyed the quiet and relaxed resort, rhe staff were so nice and helpful. The restaurant is only open for breakfast which gives a phenomenal choice. Our room 1406 overlooked the pool and was a very good size with balcony and large bathroom. The hotel is down a driveway that is okay to walk, there was a golf buggy 2 out of 3 days taking to end of driveway that we just used one time. The wifi in room is good but patchy through the resort. The TV had only 3 channels in English. What I had not realised about Pattaya is the large number of Russian tourist and the hotel is next to Pattaya Park resort that is a Russian only resort and they own the nearby night market that is really good. Can totally recommend Angel Nails at the night market and the fruit smoothies and pancakes.

the pool acces room we booked was not available for the first night, but we got a large room with a sea view instead. Night market and restaurants nearby, but getting to other places is difficult. Very quiet location near the sea.

Huge l, clean rooms. Beautiful view from the balcony. Breakfast was good, although the coffee wasnt nice. 3 steps and you're on the beach. Pools were massive and really lovely to swim in.

Nice quite location

Positive: Nice quite location, close to the beach and nice big pools. Close to 7/11 and other small shops, close to big vening market. Nice big rooms, even they are outdated. Silent rooms where you not hear the neighbours. Negative: The pool was green many places on steps and walls. Breakfast cheap and under standard. Poolbar never opened. No water in slides in pool for kids. Many loose tiles in pools, also in the pool-floor Poor room service, food and drinks in roomservice not fit standard.

Lovely hotel. Hotel is situated in a Russian neigbourhood. Within 10 minutes walk to the evening market. Lots of choice for breakfast. Beds are big and matrass is hard. Could use more beds at the poolside. Beach is across the Street. Walls are pretty thin, we found out the second week we stayed.
