I have stayed at Baan Talay over the years many times, as I live in Thailand and have done for 10 years. It's a basic but comfortable little guest house. It's no frills, as in there are very few added extras with the room. You get air-con, a TV (with very few English channels), free WiFi that was quite fast, a hot shower and a clean and spacious room for the relatively cheap price of 750 baht a night. Doubles and twins / double + single mixes are available. No breakfast or dinner or room service...

We were five of us and the apartment was spacious, clean, homey, well decorated, good air cons (YOU NEED IT!) and the ocean was glorious - hands' length away.
