My experience at Ramada by Windham Beylikduzu hote
My stay at Romada hotel was ok. The staff at the reception, spa and restaurant was nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant was awful, worse than in McDonald’s. The cleaning personnel didn’t add shampoo, shower gel, hand wash to the bottles. They were absolutely empty. They spoke only Turkish. I speak a little bit Turkish so asked them to bring mentioned above liquids. They brought me only shampoo. The next day I got toilet paper and afterwards hand wash and hair conditioner. Spa personnel also doesn’t speak English. May be this is not a touristic place… I don’t know…

Great hotel good location friendly staff
During my recent trip to Istanbul, I had the pleasure of staying at Ramada by Wyndham Beylikduzu, and I must say it was an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, with comfortable and spacious rooms that provided a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring the city. One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Mumahmet, the bartender at the hotel's bar. Not only was Mumahmet incredibly skilled, but he also had a friendly and engaging personality that made my evenings at the bar truly enjoyable. His recommendations for local attractions and dining options were spot-on, and he went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable. The amenities at Ramada by Wyndham Beylikduzu were also impressive. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a diverse menu. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Overall, my stay at Ramada by Wyndham Beylikduzu was exceptional, thanks in large part to the attentive and friendly staff, particularly Mumahmet the bartender. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

I am not happy There is no private parking so we should put the car out side in the street, although my reservation was non smoking but they gave me smoking smelly room and they saied that all their room are smoking!!

Good location for exhibition centre
Good hotel in a good location for the exhibition centre we were visiting. Rooms are large clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms. The cleaning staff was insisting and kept knocking on the door, even opened the door once while still inside.

Not recommend to stay here
I have many issue with the hotel: 1- The hotel have no bellboy to help me to carrying my luggage 2- No Valet parking service 3- Bed bugs in the bed at first night + the room are full of misquotes because they open the window and switch off the A/C 4- very bad air condition not cooling enough 5- I don't recommend any one to stay in this hotel

Very rude Turkish staff especially the unfriendly and impolite Turkish women from room service who lacks manners and suffers from extremely bad attitude toward hotel guests! Those type of unwelcoming rude people should be fired from the hotel, but my guess is that the hotel management don't care since the hotel manager did not even bother to reply to my complaint about the bad behavior of some of the staff. Check In experience was also very bad. One day prior to my arriving, I notified the hotel that I need 2 rooms in high floor and require early check-in because I will arrive by 9AM, yet the hotel did not care about my requests and I had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours to finally give me a room in the 2nd floor!. Also, my 2 rooms lacks napkins even in the toilets and no one there to even help you carry any of my bags!!! They told me the hotel is self-service!!! For a five star hotel, this hotel is very bad and does not deserve 2 stars in term of services.
