"Great price for all the amenities. Staff was very friendly. Very clean rooms and pools. Pricing for food at the onsite restaurant eas average for the IDrive- Orlando area. Everything you need is on site. No need to leave. Several pools to choose from to swim in. Kids loved the area. The pools are only about 4 feet deep. Lots of chairs to relax around the pool. Safety alarm and text sent out when storms come to let everyone know to get out of the pools. Just wish they didnt charge $25 to park daily for people staying! "

The staff always makes us feel like VIPs, from the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant servers, everyone is consistently warm, professional, and accommodating. They truly go above and beyond to make every stay special. Rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, and great views. The amenities are a standout, the resort-style pools are gorgeous and relaxing. Dining options are excellent, especially the breakfast buffet and the on-site restaurants. We ususlly walk to Red Lobters and other restaturants around there. And the location is ideal, connected to the convention center and just a short drive to theme parks and shopping. After five visits, we can confidently say Hyatt Regency Orlando is consistently exceptional. It’s our home away from home in the city, and we look forward to many more stays in the future!"

"The property is located next to icon park and within walking distance of all types of restaurants and entertainment. I didn't like that the hotel was not as updated as the Embassy hotel just down the street next to Dave and Busters. "
