" We had a great experience at this hotel! The staff were fantastic - friendly and accommodating. Having a 24/7 Starbucks and Marketplace was a huge plus. Due to our flight delay, we arrived a day later than expected, and our original reservation date was pushed back. However, the hotel management was incredibly understanding and accommodating, allowing us to stay an extra night, which we greatly appreciated. This level of customer care is truly appreciated. We'll definitely recommend this hotel to others."
