"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."

"Everything was really good including dinner and breakfast. The only issue during our stay was that the lift/elevator broke down but staff were very helpful carrying luggage downstairs. Apparently there is only one lift and it breaks down regularly because it's old. Make sure you get a ground floor room if you find stairs difficult."
