"Clean room but small. There was no option for body wash and just a small zest bar. I know there was a 50s type them but the V05 shampoo was zest bars was looking cheap. They had one pillow per person and the mattress was old . I woke up with my back aching. The walls were thin so I woke up several times at night due to some cackling female next door to where I can hear her thru the walls. I was highly disappointed in the hotel universal offers. This was my first and last time staying at universal owned property . The front desk man was very nice but he upgraded me for free to a view of volcano bay. Only to find out I was in a room next to last at the end of the entire building . So I had a long walk to main lobby and pool etc. "

The rooms are newly renovated and absolutely beautiful—modern, clean, and well maintained. From the moment you walk in, you can tell there’s been effort put into creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The overall vibe of the hotel is also very nice, calm, and perfect for relaxing after a long day at the parks or exploring the area. It’s true that during my stay there were a couple of minor issues—the TV wasn’t working and there was no cable service—but honestly, that didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything else was in excellent condition. In summary, this hotel offers great value for the price. It’s ideal for anyone looking to save money while still enjoying a comfortable and stylish stay. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again."
