"The Ocean view room, had a ocean view. The staff was courteous but for the price paid, I felt the room was quite dated. No microwave in the room, if you want to heat up some food ( The town was almost dead at 7pm, with few dining options). No phone USB chargers as well. I would be okay if this was costing half of what I paid. "

"We had to upgrade our room because our “mountain” view room was on the first floor looking at the back yard with air conditioner unit. Staff was accommodating but we had to pay more for the upgrade. The toilet was commercial grade like they install at department stores, super LOUD. We ended up not flushing at night, because it was waking up the dead! Parking was free in the street across the hotel, otherwise, valet parking was $36 per day. Overall, the stay was nice. "

"This was the third time I’ve stayed at this little property. It’s wonderful! There’s a little private beach at the end of the street. The staff is really friendly and if there’s any problems, they fix it right away. Clean. Highly recommend it and I never wait for reviews. Lol."

"This is a very nice lodge with a great history. The room was spacious and we really enjoyed the hot tub and the nature trail. My only complaint is with the people in the room beneath us as we heard them talking well past the quiet hour of 10:00 pm. As the inn has no night manager, I was required to deal with it myself by talking to them directly. Not sure if the insulation between the rooms is adequate. We did hear other neighbors as well but they respected the quiet hours. "

"We enjoyed breakfast overlooking the ocean and surfers. Our room had a bit of an ocean view and a large private lanai on the front of the home(great spot to eat our take out sushi one night) The owners and managers thought of everything! We would recommend this place to our friends."

"Spacious, clean hotel with daily breakfast with banana bread and delicious papaya. Friendly staff and the best part is you get the feeling of staying in a tropical paradise since the hotel is surrounded by lush forest even though it is in a small neighborhood. "
