"Cost friendly, clean, and great location! "

"The overall experience was fantastic! The mineral pools, the people and the layout of the hotel has a lot of character! However, stayed in thr main hotel and the room was rundown. The room has a lot of character for being so old but it could use some renovations while keeping its charm! Also went to pull out the nightstand to get to the outlet back there to charge my phone and noticed the edges of the carpets back there hasn't been vaccumed in awhile. The carpets should be replaced as well. They are dirty. Other than that everything else was wonderful. My mom really loved that they cater to smokers and there's smoking section outside by the pools around a fire pit! Also the starbucks downstairs is very handy to have as well!"

"We took a trip from AB to BC and were lucky enough to stop in at the Windsor. Though all of the 20+ hours of travel which included 5 stays, The Windsor was the best hands down. The renovations are BEAUTIFUL, the water pressure was phenomenal and the room was clean. I would pick the Windsor time and time again. We look forward to our next trip to Hope, BC and will be staying at the Windsor. "

"Highly recommend staying here if you have a pet! We were warmly greeted with treats for our dog, a very clean and generally quiet room. It is less than a ten minute walk to District 1881 which had great food and coffee options, 20 minute drive to the Cultus Adventure and Water park. We feel it was very reasonably priced. Although there is a small park right next to the hotel (Salish Park I believe), if you need a place to walk your dog, I recommend the 5 minute drive to Fairfield Park, much more comfortable, quiet and a nice walking path, and if you have younger kids with you, great playgrounds. "
