The hotel was lovely. Its motto is "Charm and Sensitivity" and it lives up to the title. It really is a very charming place. Everywhere in the hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We could leave the patio doors to our balcony open and wake up to hear the waves on the beach below - very romantic. The housekeeping staff were lovely and Monica at reception very helpful.

We booked a last minute short stay and after seeing all the positive reviews chose this place. We had a lovely stay at the jardines de nivaria- a fantastic hotel in a great location right in the centre of Adeje. It has direct access on to the beach and the row of shops and bars in Adeje. The recent refurbishment means the rooms are clean and modern but the hotel still retains the Art Deco vibe in the common areas. Overall myself and my girlfriend enjoyed a brilliant stay at this hotel, all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Our room had a decent view but wanted an upgrade spoke with reception and gave us a few to choose from with a price of course but well worth it as we got a fantastic panaramic view. If your taking a taxi to the airport I'd buy a ticket from reception as it's a fixed cost of €26... also complimentary room after checkout helps if you have a evening flight home but want to...

One of the nicest places I've stayed at. Staff were really friendly, always asking if we needed anything. And rooms were really nice, we had a sea view room which was amazing. Beds were really comfortable and everything was really organised. They also had a lot of information at reception about excursions and which places to visit, they were able to order you a taxi or you could use the free shuttle service they had. So impressed. Will be visiting again.

The hotel is beautiful throughout, the choice of pools is amazing, the location is clean safe and a short walk to beaches and restaurants, the staff are so helpful and friendly. One of the best hotels we've ever been to.

The hotel is brand new. We were the sixth guests to check in. The hotel looks amazing and the staff were so excited to be working there. Great facilities and excellent service.

Lovely place, although will need a car as out of the way. Thought the charge for parking was stupid as you have no option other than to park there. Parking spaces are very very tight and not easy if you have passenger in wheelchair as have to get them out first with traffic queing before getting back in the car to park, did ask for an end space but was not available and the gentleman that I saw on the desk was rather rude (50+gentleman with glasses) and said perhaps I should learn to park...

Received complimentary champagne on arrival. Staff were helpful and informative providing map of hotel, luggage was carried to rooms for us and room on arrival was spotless and beautiful. Service is on point, really amazing staff. Lorena at reception was very helpful. Rooms are nice and spacious. Pool staff were so nice, especially Ginscar. Breakfast could be better, the sausages were very oily and the hollandaise sauce on the eggs royal was not hollandaise, expect better from the Ritz. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room on the second day sadly, think there might have been a confusion when we asked them to come back later.

Really big spacious rooms, lots of storage, fridge, very large wardrobe. Also generous sized balcony with clothes rack for drying.pool area done really well- patio stone which is cleaned every day, large comfy pool loungers, lots of palm trees and vegetation.

We have just returned from two week stay at this hotel. The hotel is meant to be 5 stars and the reception areas are lovely. The room we had was big but needed updating. A bit of decoration and interior designing and it would definitely be 5 stars. We found foodstuff under the bed and had cockroaches. Weather was very good in late February, sunny about 72°f daily. The Gulf de Sur resort of San Miguel is pretty if a little quiet, but is ideal for young families and is only a 15 minute journey to Tenerife south airport. So we decided to travel into Los Cristianos, daily only 30 minute journey and cheap €1.35 one way. We stayed for a 50th birthday birthday and had a wonderful time. We stayed room only, we had a deluxe room which was spacious, it had a small kitchen, dining table, double/twin room with sofa bed and a balcony. Our was spotless, cleaned everyday The pool area was nice, pool games happening and the pool bar and food was lovely. All in all we had a great stay and were planning to go back again next year.

Close to the beach and the main shopping street.Will stay again on our visit around this Autumn.

Hotel has been totally refurbished to a very high standard. A lot of thought and attention to detail has gone into ensuring clients are comfortable and want for nothing! There are some lovely touches - too many to mention! The only qualm we had is we paid for an Ocean View Room but was more a partial/side view - there appears to be only a handful of ‘true’ sea view rooms, so we’ll be mindful of this when booking next time. THIS WAS SOMETHING MINOR in an otherwise great stay.

I checked into the hotel over the new year break. From walking into reception on the 1st day I could not fault the hotel. Good Location,recently refurbished, friendly polite staff, clean, good food. Plenty to see and do in local area. The big plus being an adults only hotel.

The hotel has had a much needed renovation & is looking amazing. Rooms & communal areas are very modern and brand new sunbeds at the pool. Great selection of food at breakfast.
