Beautiful hotel and the staff are amazing

Fantastic property. Staff very helpful. Lovely pool area and local tennis club. Area is very quiet - only slight drawback to this was needing taxi’s to get around but for 10-15€ could be in one of the local villages for shopping and really good restaurants etc.

Fantastic hotel AAA+ Great food great facilities and great staff 👍🏼 Some nice touches too when we informed them before arrival it was our 10th wedding anniversary .Couldn't fault the place and had a really relaxing stay. Had the best steak ever at the onsite restaurant Zucos .The private pool was heated, the fridge was filled with welcome drinks and the staff never stopped smiling . Great holiday and hoping to return with more friends and family next year .

Stayed here for a week from 4/9/17. Could not fault the holiday in any way. We booked a studio but were given a newly renovated apartment looking over the pool which was amazing. Very clean and modern. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. They rang our room when we arrived to check everything was OK. We stayed in Casablanca Apartments July 14 to July 29, a family of four in a 2 bedroom apartment. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable: 1: Staff: Very professional and pleasant- helpful and friendly - receptionists, bar staff, maids all provided excellent support 2: Apartment: Great size, kitchen well equipped- you need to bring nothing, there is even an oven and juicer, , all has marble floor, nice balcony, TV has 8 English channels, Film 4 BBC1 - BBC 2- ITV-Gold-24 hrs News etc ...

Everything is spot on. Brilliant welcome, accommodation is immaculate, the food is very good quality with a vast selection at the breakfast and dinner buffets The staff are really friendly and more than happy to organise anything for you. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location, and spacious living area. Easy to reach and get to other parts of the island by local bus. Peaceful sanctuary with unbeatable ocean views 😎

We stayed for a 50th birthday birthday and had a wonderful time. We stayed room only, we had a deluxe room which was spacious, it had a small kitchen, dining table, double/twin room with sofa bed and a balcony. Our was spotless, cleaned everyday The pool area was nice, pool games happening and the pool bar and food was lovely. All in all we had a great stay and were planning to go back again next year.

Lovely place, although will need a car as out of the way. Thought the charge for parking was stupid as you have no option other than to park there. Parking spaces are very very tight and not easy if you have passenger in wheelchair as have to get them out first with traffic queing before getting back in the car to park, did ask for an end space but was not available and the gentleman that I saw on the desk was rather rude (50+gentleman with glasses) and said perhaps I should learn to park...

Stayed at the Sunset Harbour Club for 1 week at the end of February in a studio. The accommodation is spacious, modern and clean. There is everything you could possibly need, even a coffee maker and a couple of sachets of filter coffee to start you off. The balacony was large and had a table and two chairs plus two sun loungers, cushions provided. May 2017 - From arrival we were greeted with a very warm welcome by Ruth who was very kind and friendly. Our hotel room was incredible, beautiful, clean and right by the pool! Where do I begin? An absolutely superb hotel located up in the hills not too far from the beach. Such a great place to stay the local restaurants are a must casa mia & Trigo also Bahia beach stunning. The facilities are great and would definitely book again lovely staff who booked taxis instantly. All within reach of los cristianos, playa las americas and Adeje 15 mins. Weather was very good in late February, sunny about 72°f daily. The Gulf de Sur resort of San Miguel is pretty if a little quiet, but is ideal for young families and is only a 15 minute journey to Tenerife south airport. So we decided to travel into Los Cristianos, daily only 30 minute journey and cheap €1.35 one way. Fab hotel. Would definitely stay again. Food was great and healthy and fresh, staff were lovely and so helpful, and it was so clean.

The resort was really excellent, good facilities, staff very friendly, food varied with theme nights i.e. Chinese, Mexican and was good to excellent and catered for everyone.
