"We enjoyed staying at the hotel. Our suite was well furnished and comfortable. The cleaners were really quick and efficient. They did a great job keeping the room clean. Our suite faced the street so it could be a bit noisy on the balcony. The restaurant food was overall better than the average all inclusive. We were disappointed to find that our kitchen was locked and we would have to pay extra to access the facilities. We expected this to be part of the package. We would also have liked the hotel to have a separate bar, away from where the evening entertainment, so that we could enjoy an evening there without having to watch the shows etc. Staff were always really helpful and polite.
