Overall myself and my girlfriend enjoyed a brilliant stay at this hotel, all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Our room had a decent view but wanted an upgrade spoke with reception and gave us a few to choose from with a price of course but well worth it as we got a fantastic panaramic view. If your taking a taxi to the airport I'd buy a ticket from reception as it's a fixed cost of €26... also complimentary room after checkout helps if you have a evening flight home but want to...

We have just returned from two week stay at this hotel. The hotel is meant to be 5 stars and the reception areas are lovely. The room we had was big but needed updating. A bit of decoration and interior designing and it would definitely be 5 stars. We found foodstuff under the bed and had cockroaches. We could not complain about the staff who were all wonderful and could not do enough for you. The buffet breakfast was good, a great selection and cava and cavier every day! Unfortunately...

The staff are amazing so friendly and always smiling. There is so much choice for food so there is something for everyone. The entertainment was out of this world. There is lots to do for kids too. The hotel is spotlessly clean. You can not fault this hotel. Really impressed on my 1st experience and I will be coming again. I spoke to a lot of people there and it was there 2nd time for a lot of them. The snack bar is so fresh and you will never go hungry. The drinks are on tap to help yourself....

Went with my boyfriend. Was worried we would stand out a bit in a family hotel but it seemed like a good mix of couples and families. Hotel is large and clean; so many floors! The pools are nice and we always managed to get sunbeds. The pool we liked to be aside overlooks the sea so it is a beautiful view. The Mediterranean palace certainly has the Wow factor...we loved it. Really big, comfortable, clean ,close to all the local shops, restaurants and beaches. Everything about it was impressive..comfortable beds andseating inside and out. Would I stay there again proberly but if you go half board be prepared for expensive drinks and you can't pay cash so you get a hefty bill at the end and the soft drink bottles are tiny with dinner anyway our room was fine shower worked well beds were comfortable and had a nice view of the volcano you can get a room to shower in before you leave as you check out by 12 and was a bit gutted to see a cockroach in the. The staff are the best ever I have ever met - always willing to go over and beyond and so incredibly friendly and smiley. Tom.
