"Nice apartments in a good spot in Los Cristianos. Nice and quiet at night too. Only downside is there's no air conditioning or fans and at the hottest time of the year its a bit uncomfortable. I would definitely stay again, maybe not in August."

First impressions clean, securely gated complex and quiet.This complex is brand new but sadly has the potential to go downhill very quickly. We stay in this area a lot and these were pretty much one of the best however the following small things need addresing before it becomes tatty, and that would be a shame. 1) security gate broken all week, never required pin once. "No AC. Must pay for use of fan. Deposit for fan, tv remote, and noise. There were cockroaches. They didn't tell us that we wouldn't get cleaning on 2nd day (nor garbage pickup). Noisy from street if you keep windows open at night. Nice pool but no pool towels. Not enough outlets. Location is close to bus stop, grocery store and Siam Mall. We won't stay there again."

"Great stay, staff were polite and very helpful/accomodating. The location was perfect, in walking distance of supermarkets, places to eat out, the beach and transport. Very close to the local town also, the area felt safe. Only advise is to book parking in advance if you want it by the hotel and noise travels but is managable. Would defo stay again if I were to return to the area!"
