Service is on point, really amazing staff. Lorena at reception was very helpful. Rooms are nice and spacious. Pool staff were so nice, especially Ginscar. Breakfast could be better, the sausages were very oily and the hollandaise sauce on the eggs royal was not hollandaise, expect better from the Ritz. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room on the second day sadly, think there might have been a confusion when we asked them to come back later.

From the first moment of our arrival to the minute we left, the staff were phenomenal and really made this feel like a special holiday! They really could not do enough for us! Beautiful hotel, beautiful little town and an amazing holiday!

Lovely week at this great hotel. Location is great in La Caleta and far enough away from the very built up resorts. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming, food was simple but very fresh and we really enjoyed our stay. As an Expedia VIP, we were treated as a VIP by the hotel which is always nice! We booked a last minute short stay and after seeing all the positive reviews chose this place. Only ten minutes from the airport via motorway, we were greeted at the hotel driveway entrance by a very welcoming gentleman who was part of the concierge team who directed the taxi to the hotel reception and made us immediately feel welcome and at ease. Loved the vibe of the hotel. Liked the DJs by the large pools. Nice designed hotel rooms with excellent showers and an empty fridge.

Overall myself and my girlfriend enjoyed a brilliant stay at this hotel, all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Our room had a decent view but wanted an upgrade spoke with reception and gave us a few to choose from with a price of course but well worth it as we got a fantastic panaramic view. If your taking a taxi to the airport I'd buy a ticket from reception as it's a fixed cost of €26... also complimentary room after checkout helps if you have a evening flight home but want to...

Ultra modern, very clean, good situation well away from mass tourist resorts. Maybe more attention could have been given to the suite before our arrival - There were quite a few technical hitches, which were corrected after we reported them.

A most enjoyable stay. Sonja and Miguel could not have been more helpful. When we decided to reduce the length of our stay by one night so that we could be nearer the international airport, Sonja found and booked another hotel for us. How's that for understanding and service? Strongly recommended hotel.

The hotel is very peaceful, set just inland and on the edge of a high class golf course. The reason it is quiet is that there is nothing close to the hotel apart from the golf course and transfers from the Tenerife South airport take over an hour and cost around the hundred euro mark - a hire car is therefore a must! Hotel has been totally refurbished to a very high standard. A lot of thought and attention to detail has gone into ensuring clients are comfortable and want for nothing! There are some lovely touches - too many to mention! The only qualm we had is we paid for an Ocean View Room but was more a partial/side view - there appears to be only a handful of ‘true’ sea view rooms, so we’ll be mindful of this when booking next time. THIS WAS SOMETHING MINOR in an otherwise great stay.

Really big spacious rooms, lots of storage, fridge, very large wardrobe. Also generous sized balcony with clothes rack for drying.pool area done really well- patio stone which is cleaned every day, large comfy pool loungers, lots of palm trees and vegetation.

We have just returned from two week stay at this hotel. The hotel is meant to be 5 stars and the reception areas are lovely. The room we had was big but needed updating. A bit of decoration and interior designing and it would definitely be 5 stars. We found foodstuff under the bed and had cockroaches. I checked into the hotel over the new year break. From walking into reception on the 1st day I could not fault the hotel. Good Location,recently refurbished, friendly polite staff, clean, good food. Plenty to see and do in local area. The big plus being an adults only hotel.

Family of 4. Superb value for money. 3 pools to keep kids entertained (4th adults only) with some good entertainment. Restaurant overlooking sea was superb. The hotel has had a much needed renovation & is looking amazing. Rooms & communal areas are very modern and brand new sunbeds at the pool. Great selection of food at breakfast.

Stayed at the Sunset Harbour Club for 1 week at the end of February in a studio. The accommodation is spacious, modern and clean. There is everything you could possibly need, even a coffee maker and a couple of sachets of filter coffee to start you off. The balacony was large and had a table and two chairs plus two sun loungers, cushions provided. If you wanted to cook there's a full oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher and all the crockery, glasses and utensils you could ever need. We...
