"All the workers at the hotel are really nice, place is clean and in a great location. One complaint, the Margarita skybar waiter on 3/25 did not like we weren't interested in buying a cabana that was 79 euros and decided to ignore us the rest of the time. So we couldn't use our "welcome" drinks voucher. Good thing there are tons of bars and restaurants next door to the property. "

"The hotel is a great place to relax, catch the sun and watch the waves breaking on the rocks. There is not much to see in the vicinity by walking distance but with a car or excursions you can see more. Personally I like to stay in the hotel and the staff are outstanding, very friendly and happy to help."

"Really lovely hotel with amazing staff and great facilities particularly for the children with an incredible kids pool and kids club. The buffet restaurant had a fantastic range of food with lots of well marked options for dietary requirements such as vegan. Gym was well equipped and there were some nice activities arranged. The evening shows were fantastic."

"This was a standard hotel for a 3 star. It’s what it says on the tin. The beds were really comfy. The rooms were spacious with a huge balcony with private deck chairs for the afternoon sun. Kitchen with utensils and the bathroom was big. The shower was hot and powerful. The pool was cold as is expected for this time of year. Plenty of sun beds and the pool bar was well stocked. "We visited this property from the USA for a family vacation (family of five with three kids under 12). The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was what you would expect from a large resort. Plenty of options: some of it good, some of it not so good. The hotel has two large pools and plenty of activities for adults and kids. The views from the hotel (ocean and cliffs) are spectacular. Offsite activities on the island are very good. I would recommend...

"I have just returned from a 5 night winter break here. I have travelled extensively but this hotel is up there with some of the best i have stayed in, certainly in Europe. The staff were all extremely polite friendly and professional. The pools and grounds were beautiful, but the town outside tge horel was very limited.
