Great property with equally spectacular views of the ocean, golf course and mountains! Rooms are spacious and well-appointed! Dining options are abundant - from an informal pool side cafe to a fancy, multi course dinner tasting menu! Lots of places to lounge - poolside or to stare off at the views. Check-in process was a tad long for my taste but overall a 9.9!!

Couple stay beginning of April

Stunning room with view over the golf course and out to the ocean. Room was clean and service on point. The food was fantastic, the evening buffet was different every night, with a great mix of local and international selections. We went to the restaurant one night and this shouldn’t be missed if you do go. The food was fantastic and all from the islands, including the wine. Some of the best food we had during our stay on the island The pools were perfect.

Enjoyable golf holiday!

Hotel is located comfortably beside the golf couse with magnificent views. Staff is very helpful and friendly! Buffet breakfast and dinner works well. Fine gourmet restaurant Salazar is good and the staff especially good. Room was very spacy, bed is a bit on the hard side and bathroom and shower are very good. Noice insulation between the rooms is very weak and we were unlucky to have noisy neighbours. Overall very enjoyable week at the Hacienda.

Experience a different part of the island

We wanted a relaxing few days away from the South. The hotel was very relaxing , great food and a lovely pool Climate is a bit cooler and away from the Calima We will definitely go again

Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Superb location for anyone that loves golf, biking, hiking or indeed lazing by the pool. Felt like we had the place to ourselves even though the restaurant was relatively busy each evening. The staff are instinctively helpful at every turn and just a five day break felt like a fortnight. Well-being in a week right here! Chapeau to the HDC team and I’m sure I’ll be back with my golf clubs at some point to play Seve’s 18 👌

L’emsemble du personnel est agréable même si le sourire et le bonjour ne sont pas automatiques notamment à l’accueil à l’exception de Magdalena. Très bon petit déjeuner et piscine de la plage ainsi que le personnel sur place (mercredi 9) au top. Pour autant, nous ne reviendrons probablement pas sur place, le manque d’attention, le non renouvellement des produits dans la salle de bain, une bouteille d’eau pour tout le séjour que l’on reste une, deux nuits ou plus, des éléments basiques mais qui font tache dans un 5 étoiles.

Service désastreux, buffet très restreint et franchement pas bon. Personnel qui ne se soucie absolument pas du confort des clients et ne répond à aucune demande. A peine le niveau d’un 2 étoiles, mais à 480€ la nuit!
