Je vous déconseille hôtel vétuste il ne mérite pas les étoiles. Ménage des chambres faites une fois tout les deux jours et pas complètement je suis resté 4 jours et une fois ménage bien fait. Aucun hygiène au resto assiette et verre sale j'ai pris une vidéo à 2 reprises un cafard pas loin des cuisines j'ai fais une vidéo. Hôtel loin de tout. Mais le personnel trop sympa

Booked for one night to catch a very early flight so it was very convenient for the airport. There was a real wow factor in the foyer and the staff were super friendly. Rooms were a bit dated though and buffet dinner was pretty bog standard for the price.

Bonjour J’y ai passé une nuit agréable. Arrivée à 3h du matin à 10 min en voiture de l’aéroport. Vaste choix au buffet petit déjeuner.

Nous n’avons pas aimé devoir demander à ce que la chambre soit faite au bout du 3 eme jour. L’hotel est bruyant le soir tard, les clients ne respectent pas les autres et l’hotel ne fait pas respecter le calme. Le personnel est tres gentil, de l’accueil aux agents de services et aux cuisiniers.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. We don’t speak Spanish but were made to feel so welcome and were listened to if we needed anything. It was a well kept hotel with spacious rooms and a lovely pool area, the kids pool was a hit. The food was a bit hit and miss and we didn’t get to sample the different restaurants as they weren’t open during our stay. Would definitely go there again.

Despite the reviews I was a bit cautious but the room was large and the pool area was a good size with plenty of sun beds. Fresh food was cooked for breakfast lunch and dinner.
